Harvard University showcased The Moderns' President and Chief Strategist Janine James to lead an intensive two-day program on experiential branding and holistic culture building as part of the prestigious Graduate School of Design's Executive Education series. Inspired by the award-winning global campaigns of The Moderns, architects, designers, brand strategists, and marketing experts gathered to brainstorm far beyond the traditional paradigms that inform their daily business environments. James conducted a specially designed workshop in which participants collectively developed a self-sustaining community experience informed by The Moderns' methodology, thereby de-constructing the essence of strategic, multidisciplinary branding.

Janine James and The Moderns were recently selected by furniture maker Herman Miller to participate in a creative redesign of the iconic Eames molded plywood chair. In celebration of the 100th anniversary of Charles Eames, this redesign challenge culminated in an event and live auction to benefit non-profit organization Peace House Foundation.
